Online Yoga & Meditation

Service Description

This class includes body postures (asana), breathing practices (pranayama), Yoga Nidra and different meditation practices (e.g. Ajapa, Kaya Sthairyam or Antar Mouna). We recommend some "live" experience with us before practicing this class online. Practices are taught with modifications to allow for individual abilities and possible health conditions.
