Anna Yoga is the growing, harvesting, preparation, cooking and eating of vegetarian food. It is based on the idea that Food is our Medicine; it nourishes our body, mind and soul. Be inspired to cook creative, nutritious and delicious meals at home.

Grown sustainably, prepared and eaten with gratitude and mindfulness, it is an ancient part of Yoga practice.

The weekend with be a mixture of Yoga classes, relaxation and cooking sessions (including recipes)  using a variety of methods including fermentation and using seasonal organic  produce – sourced here and locally.  Samadhi will immerse you in the actual cooking, making it fun, interactive and very informative.  There will also be a couple of garden sessions to show some simple tricks to get your summer harvest growing.

This retreat is facilitated by Samadhi (Suzie Donkers), who lives in Hobart and many of you have met here over the years and enjoyed her wonderful cooking and joyful earthiness.
