Anna Yoga is the growing, harvesting, preparation, cooking and eating of vegetarian food. Grown sustainably, prepared and eaten with gratitude and mindfulness it is an ancient part of Yoga practice.

Our wonderful guest teacher Samadhi/Suzie Donkers has cooked for many retreats here over the years, to the delight of retreatants. Many have requested to learn more about the delicious, healthy vegetarian meals she has presented and here it is again!!

Karunamitra and Mahadev's (Kristina and Laurie's) fabulous vegetable garden and orchard has also been a source of inspiration to everyone who has come here. Participants will have a session "getting down to earth" with them and learn about their methods and approaches.    Time in the garden, releasing and restorative Yoga practices, and the wonderful nature all around will complement "hands on" kitchen sessions. There will also be times of silence and many opportunities to connect with others.
