We have been hosting this retreat for several years, and it always brings us great joy to gather in this way. The weekend program integrates yoga practices centered on self-care with opportunities to relax, savor delicious healthy meals, and immerse oneself in a beautiful natural setting. Additionally, participants have the option to receive massage treatments from talented local women.

It’s a time to appreciate periods of silence to reflect as well as engagement with other women as we share and explore ways to recharge and care for ourselves.
