About the Event
During this most auspicious time for Sadhana (yogic practice), inner awareness and transformation, align yourself once more with your own true nature, purpose and resolve. Step into a sacred journey of healing and devotion during Navratri and practice the cleansing and healing technique of Tattwa Shuddhi which focuses on the five tattwas: earth, water, fire, air and space within us and around us. Through music. meditation, mantra and ritual, tune in to the fiery strength of Kali and the serene wisdom of Saraswati. Navaratri invites you to awaken your inner power and align with the cosmic rhythms of renewal.
The daily program will include a morning Yoga class with mantra chanting; Tattwa Shuddhi Meditation & Ramacharitamanas chanting sessions with Swami Yogakanti; Yoga Nidra; Kirtan; daily Havan (fire ceremony); Satsang & stories; guest teacher sessions; free time and nature walks.
