About the Event

Bring in the new year ‘yoga style’ at beautiful Western Creek. It is a natural time to look back on the year that was, and set our compass for the new year to come. This year the theme is Head Heart & Hands.

When the head, heart & hands are in agreement, there is peace of mind.

So often our head is telling us one thing, the heart another, and yet the hands - the work we do -  are doing something else entirely. The result is an inner tension, a dis-ease in ourselves.

Using Swami Sivananda’s 18 ‘ities’ as a guide, we will explore how cultivating qualities such as serenity, simplicity & equanimity can transform our lives into expressions of our best selves. Using the tools of Yoga we’ll take time to allow a harmony of being back into our lives and set ourselves up for a most positive new year.

Join Sangita & the wonderful team at Western Creek for Yoga, Meditation, Kirtan, delicious vegetarian food, walks, rest and relaxation.
