Join Leela for a weekend of yoga and meditation. We will explore the essence of all yoga practices - awareness. Not an aloof kind of awareness but an awareness embraced with love of self, others and the world. 

Enjoy gentle postures, breathing and relaxation practices, seated and walking meditation, earthy yoga rituals, deep listening and the practice of silence. Suitable for both beginners and experienced yoga folk. 

The retreat will start with lunch on Friday and finish after lunch on Sunday. Kev will be our glorious vegetarian cook.
