About the Event
This weekend program combines Yoga practices focused on self-care with time to rest, to enjoy delicious healthy food and to be in a beautiful natural environment. There is also the option for receiving massages and reflexology from wonderful local therapists.
It’s a time to appreciate periods of silence to reflect as well as engagement with other women as we share and explore ways to recharge and care for ourselves.

Each year, we invite an inspiring woman of our community to share her wisdom and experience in a Sunday morning workshop. We will soon be able to confirm this year's guest teacher.
