About the Event
You’ve been on your own too long with what needs healing. It’s really lonely. You try to talk to others. It doesn’t really help or only for a little while. It’s very confusing.
You’re not sure how to go forward or why you keep getting stuck. And worst of all it just feels like it is never going to end.
At times it seems like the mask or bandage is working. . . But then just around the corner an internal bomb gets set off.
Rage, deep sadness and unrelenting anxiety explodes!
I used to go weeks without being grounded in my body – swinging from manic anxiety to deep depression unable to get out of bed, literally watching drama shows on repeat. I was dealing with PTSD the best way I knew how.
One of the biggest turning points for me was on a yoga retreat with other like-minded folks wanting and needing to heal.
We came together, although for a variety of needs with healing, we all had a similar intention – To heal. I was brave enough to be vulnerable and share my wounds. The emotional release I received at the end of that retreat will remain in my bones forever!
Directly after coming home, I started Bija Yoga & Sacred Seeds Yoga School. I began my yoga therapy work. I had made room for my deepest passions to manifest. I was able to truly release, connect to a centered self and find my true path.
I know there’s something similar happening for you. There’s something deep within you calling to shift the way you think about yourself and the world. In this Healing Women’s Retreat we will create a deep connection to your calm center of trust even in the most tumultuous wounds.
You’ll be greeted by a warm space full of other amazing women. However you'll have your very own private room to process and find times on your own.
From the get-go we’ll enjoy cleansing, warm meals. Every dish will always be nourishing, vegetarian fare. We can also accommodate other dietary needs.
The first night, we’ll start by setting intentions and rejuvenating the body from the outside world with a restorative yoga practice.
The first morning we’ll invigorate our bodies and minds with a prana-filled Seasonal Hatha session tethered to our intention. In the afternoon we’ll go into breathwork, sticking to this intention. Taking several practices to the same intention in a short amount of time is a deep dive into transformation!
That night, after dinner we’ll have a small ritual for release and connection.
Lastly, in the morning we’ll end with a yin yoga session that helps us feel invigorated and soft as we go back out into the world.
How it works: We will use the tools of seasonal and restorative yoga along with breathwork to reveal ourselves to ourselves.
We will create complete healing through developing a new mindset practice for the very process of healing.
You’ll go from ~ feeling confused and broken to feeling whole. ~ feeling alone to knowing universal community & being able to access it anytime! ~ feeling shame and judgement to allowing yourself to be supported by your own inner intelligence.

Just in case you’re new to me, Hi, I’m Holli. I’ve been practicing 1:1 yoga therapy for 8 years now. I’ve recently trained in Breathwork Counselling and apply this to my therapy. My expertise is in healing trauma through yoga and breathwork therapies. My deepest desire is to support healing the feminine psyche.
