This one-day program combines Yoga practices focused on pelvic care with time to rest, to enjoy delicious healthy food and to be in a beautiful natural environment. It’s a time to appreciate periods of silence to reflect as well as engagement with other women as we share and explore ways to recharge and care for ourselves.

You have the option of bringing your children along - with your partner or a carer - and they can roam and play on the beautiful property. We also offer that you arrive on Saturday evening and camp overnight (byo camp gear and food for dinner).

Tuning Into Your Pelvic Bowl Session

The pelvic bowl houses our two base chakras. A sacred area in women known as the “jewel in the crown”. In the 1.5 hour session we will explore with some pilates exercises to tune into the anatomy of this space, some yogic practices to deepen connection/ awareness and also touch on the healing aspects of holistic pelvic care and some partnered practice with rebozo to feel the benefits of closing the bones ceremony.  

Holistic Pelvic Care is the medicine for which we yearn; the conduit for allowing us to begin to listen to this place and drink up her medicine. The inner feminine landscape ~ our core/root space.

This will be an integrative session of a few different modalities, also including Closing of The Bones - for those of us women who have experienced pregancy and childbirth.
