This one-day program combines Yoga practices focused on pelvic care with time to rest, to enjoy delicious healthy food and to be in a beautiful natural environment. It’s a time to appreciate periods of silence to reflect as well as engagement with other women as we share and explore ways to recharge and care for ourselves.

You have the option of bringing your children along - with your partner or a carer - and they can roam and play on the beautiful property. We also offer that you arrive on Saturday evening and camp overnight (byo camp gear and food for dinner).

We're going to offer a day of scheduled activity and rest periods, which may give an idea of the benefits of a lifestyle of serenity, equanimity and regularity:
