We've been offering this retreat for a number of years now and it's always a great joy to come together like this. The weekend program combines yoga practices focused on self-care with time to rest, to enjoy delicious healthy food and to be in a beautiful natural environment. There is also the option for receiving massage treatments from wonderful local women.

It’s a time to appreciate periods of silence to reflect as well as engagement with other women as we share and explore ways to recharge and care for ourselves.
