About the Event
We have been hosting this retreat for several years, and it always brings us great joy to gather in this way. The weekend program integrates yoga practices centered on self-care with opportunities to relax, savor delicious healthy meals, and immerse oneself in a beautiful natural setting. Additionally, participants have the option to receive massage treatments from talented local women.
It’s a time to appreciate periods of silence to reflect as well as engagement with other women as we share and explore ways to recharge and care for ourselves.
Theme: Dancing with the Elements
Each year, we invite an inspiring woman to share her wisdom and experience in a Sunday morning workshop. This year, Antonia Gretschmann will lead us through a session of Dancing with the Elements.
