Our annual Women's Nourishing Retreat is just that - a time for women to come together, connect, and be nourished by fresh vegetarian food, beautiful nature and amazing women friends. This year's guiding principle is "Manahprasad" = Sustenance of Happiness.

About the Event
We have been hosting this retreat for several years, and it always brings us great joy to gather in this way. The weekend program integrates yoga practices centred on self-care with opportunities to relax, savour delicious, healthy meals (yes, Samadhi will be cooking again this year!), and immerse oneself in a beautiful natural setting. Additionally, participants have the option to receive massage treatments from talented local women.
It’s a time to appreciate periods of silence to reflect as well as engagement with other women as we share and explore ways to recharge and care for ourselves.
