We've been offering this program for a number of years now and it's always a great joy to come together like this. The weekend program combines yoga practices focused on self-care with time to rest, to enjoy delicious healthy food and to be in a beautiful natural environment. There is also the option for receiving massage treatments from wonderful local women..

It’s a time to appreciate periods of silence to reflect as well as engagement with other women as we share and explore ways to recharge and care for ourselves.

Guest Teacher: Gretta Hight

Each year, we invite an inspiring woman of our community to share her wisdom and experience in a Sunday morning workshop. We're very excited to have Gretta joining us again to share her knowledge and experience in women's health. Her workshop will be a combination of yoga, pilates and nature based therapy, which gives us the opportunity to explore our physical, mental and emotional bodies.
