Atma Darshan Retreat Payment and Cancellation Policy

 

If you can't attend a booked retreat, please let us know as soon as possible so that you can receive a refund and your spot can be given to someone else.

 

Payment of the full fee is required when booking a retreat and will secure your place. (No more deposits).

1. Cancellations with 72+ hours’ notice: 100% is transferable for use within 12 months or a refund can be given, less a cancellation fee of 25% of the full fees due.

2. Cancellations with 24-72 hours’ notice: 75% of the fee is transferable for use within a 12 month period or a refund can be given, less a cancellation fee of 50% of the full fees due.

3. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: Full fee is forfeited. No refund is available for early departure or late commencement.

4. If the place is filled by someone on a waiting list, scenario 1. applies.

 

Meander Valley Yoga reserves the right to cancel a retreat if necessary, in which case a full refund or transfer is given.

 

Important Covid-19 notice:

If you can't attend the retreat because of changes in government restrictions related to coronavirus (i.e. travel restrictions, self-isolation and quarantine regulations), a full refund will be given.
