Atma Darshan Retreat Payment and Cancellation Policy

 

If you can't attend a booked retreat, please let us know as soon as possible so that you can receive a refund and your spot can be given to someone else.

 

Payment of the full fee is required when booking a retreat and will secure your place. (No more deposits). A $50 admin. fee is part of all bookings. $50 will be deducted from transfers and refunds.

Refunds requested one month or more prior to the event are 100% refundable, minus the admin fee.

Refunds requested  4 to 2 weeks weeks prior to the event are 50% refundable

Refunds requested less than two weeks prior to the event are non-refundable.

 

However if  your place can be filled by another person you will receive a 100% refund, minus the admin fee. Or you may choose to transfer your payment, minus the admin fee, to another retreat within 12 months.

 

No fee reduction is available for late commencement or early departure.

 

If we need to cancel the retreat due to COVID-19 regulations or other unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the retreat fee minus the $50 admin. fee.
